Georgian Fire:

Considered to be one of the hotter varieties of garlic. Great for spicing up your kitchen creations.

Sweet

Chesnok Red:

A rich almost sweet-flavored garlic, especially when roasted. Mild enough to be added raw to dressings and salads.

Mild

Persian Star:

A milder garlic. Great for baking and use where less spice is desired.

Messidor:

The only soft neck variety we grow. Nice garlic flavor with great storing properties.

Robust

Spanish Roja:

This Heirloom variety is noted for it's robust flavor that stands up well in any type of dish. Used baked,

sauteed, or raw, you will not be disappointed.
